WARD Project Management is divided into two groups:

1.The Project Advisory Committee (PAC):

The PAC is a mechanism for the review and discussion of project progress and issues. Formally, it is a sub-committee of the GTTI board of governors where recent intiatives have been very positive. PAC has also taken the initiative to develop and submit concept papers regarding future endeavours of WARD.
